1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Supar Baji platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all users of the Supar Baji platform, including registered players, visitors, and anyone who accesses any part of the site.

These Terms should be read alongside the Supar Baji Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Supar Baji. If there is any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions will take precedence.

Supar Baji reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the Supar Baji platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or placing bets.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a Supar Baji employee.

Supar Baji reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be underage, the account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned minus any amounts already wagered. Supar Baji takes underage gambling seriously and has zero tolerance for any attempt to circumvent age verification.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on Supar Baji. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
• Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact Supar Baji support immediately.
• Supar Baji will never ask for your password via chat, email, or any other channel.

Account verification may be required before withdrawals are processed. Supar Baji may request a copy of a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Supar Baji are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Supar Baji does not accept payments from third-party accounts — the payment account used for deposits must belong to the registered account holder.

• Supar Baji does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by support.
• Supar Baji reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.

Any attempt to reverse, dispute, or charge back a deposit after it has been used for wagering will be treated as fraud. Supar Baji reserves the right to suspend the account and recover any amounts subject to a fraudulent chargeback.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Supar Baji offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is made, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates.

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds and cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been completed.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the stated timeframe. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account automatically.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• Supar Baji reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting errors in bonus calculations — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

Supar Baji's decision on all bonus-related matters is final. If you believe a bonus has been applied incorrectly to your account, contact support within 48 hours of the issue occurring.

6 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on Supar Baji — including Zuma Dragon, Lucky Bingo, Demon Hunter, Lucky Piggy, Fortune Tree, Virtual Casino, and Lucky Dice — use independently certified random number generator (RNG) technology. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is published on the respective game page.

• Game results are determined at the moment of play and are final once confirmed by the system.
• Supar Baji does not have the ability to influence game outcomes after a round has begun.
• In the event of a technical error or disconnection during a game round, the round will be resolved based on the last confirmed game state recorded by the server.
• If a game malfunction results in an incorrect payout, Supar Baji reserves the right to correct the error and adjust the account balance accordingly.

Supar Baji's game audit results are available on request. The platform is committed to maintaining the highest standards of game integrity and will investigate any credible report of unfair game behaviour promptly.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Supar Baji platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Supar Baji staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions or account suspensions.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

Supar Baji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player.
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

If your account is suspended due to a suspected breach of these Terms, Supar Baji will investigate the matter and notify you of the outcome. If the suspension is confirmed, any balance remaining in the account will be handled in accordance with the findings of the investigation.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily can do so by contacting Supar Baji support. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method, provided all wagering requirements on active bonuses have been met.

9 Responsible Gaming

Supar Baji is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

• Deposit limits can be set on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis from within your account settings.

• Cooling-off periods allow you to temporarily suspend your account for a set number of days.
• Self-exclusion permanently closes your account and prevents re-registration for the duration of the exclusion period.

11 Limitation of Liability

• Supar Baji is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service beyond our reasonable control.
• Supar Baji is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• In no event will Supar Baji's total liability to any player exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Supar Baji is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits Supar Baji's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Changes to These Terms

Supar Baji reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.
